MY2004 Impreza 2000 Turbo AWD

The 2004 model has very few revisions to distiguish the car over the 2003 face lift. Looking at the rear boot lid the keylock is different.... and thats it! There is reportedly engine internal changes on the STi but this is unconfirmed.

Subaru chose Autosport International at the NEC, Birmingham, 10 & 11 January, to unveil a special edition Subaru Impreza WRX STi. The WR1 – as it will be called – celebrates Petter Solberg winning the Driver’s title in the 2003 World Rally Championship. Petter was at the Show on Sunday to officially unveil the car.

On sale in the Spring 2004 and limited to 500 units, the WR1 is instantly recognisable thanks to its new Ice Blue Metallic paint plus driving lamps and stainless steel mesh grille. The new car features a new improved version of the Prodrive Performance Pack upgrade to around 320 PS plus a host of technical and visual upgrades, including a driver’s control centre-differential (DCCD) via a switch mounted next to the handbrake.
